Greg Lakin, D.O., J.D. | Founder & Partner

Dr. Lakin received his D.O. from the Kirkville Colllege of Osteopathic Medicine and his Juris Doctorate from Northwestern School of Law of Lewis and Clark College. He is a family practice physician with additional experience as a Medicare Director in Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Home Health, Hospice and a Medicare Advantage plan. Dr. Lakin is a partner in New Ridge Health, LLC, Westside Medical Services, LLC, and owns Center for Change, LLC, Wichita Wellness, Inc., and a partner in Axiom Healthcare Services, LLC.

 

Frederick Hermes, LACHA | Founder & Partner

Mr. Hermes, holds a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from Kansas State University. He also holds a Secondary Degree in Long Term Care Administration, from the KSU Center of Aging, with Graduate Studies in Gerontology, KSU Center for Aging. He is a Licensed Adult Care Home Administrator and has over 30 years of operational experience, operating Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living Facilities, Independent Living and Home Health. He also is or has served on various Boards including Kansas Health Care Association, Central and Western Kansas Alzheimer's Association, Central and Western Kansas Alzheimer's Association, Wichita Catholic Diocesan Building Commission, St. Elizabeth Ann Seaton building commission and the Holy Spirit planning commission. Mr. Hermes is the owner of Axiom Consulting, LLC, and a partner in Axiom Healthcare Services, LLC.
 

Matthew Lillie | Founder & Partner

Mr. Lillie has over 20 years of hands-on experience in strategic planning, business unit development, project management and system engineering strategies. Mr. Lillie has extensive experience in Real Estate, Financing and Leadership. He also is or has served with various organizations including the Wichita Chamber of Commerce, American Heart Association, Wichita River Festival, Wichita Area Association of Realtors, Wichita Area Builders Assocation, Make A Wish Foundation, Security Savings Bank, Wichita Wagon Masters, and YPO (Young Presidents Organization). Mr. Lillie is the owner of Lillie Investments, Inc., partner in Opti-Life Services, LLC, and a partner in Axiom Healthcare Services, LLC.

 

Butch Nuss | President

Mr. Nuss earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Entrepreneurship from Wichita State University in Wichita, Kansas. He also holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Washburn University in Topeka, Kansas. Butch has been involved in corporate development for 13 years. He has worked for Candlewood Hotel Company, Value Place Hotel Company, and Kroger Company. At Value Place, he was a part of the executive team that managed the entitlement and construction permitting process, developing over 100 open properties and 60 under construction in just four years. To achieve this, he lead a staff of seven experienced managers. At Kroger Company, he co-managed the division level real estate development department within Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri and Oklahoma; his main responsibility being site selection. At PDG, Butch uses his negotiating skills and managerial experience to lead the team at PDG to develop and manage successful senior care facilities throughout Kansas and Colorado.

 

Stephanie WIEns | Vice President of Investor Relations

Stephanie Wiens formerly held the titles Administration Sales and Leasing Management at Occidental Management, and Producer at IMA Inc. At PDG she uses her marketing and sales skills to take on the role of raising money for ongoing projects, as well as new projects. An award winner, Stephanie was named 2015's Outstanding New Producer by IMA Inc., earned Recognition of Achievement and Commitment to Service from the Wichita Metro Chamber of Commerce in November 2013, and was a part of the Wichita Business Journal's "40 Under 40" list in 2013. She is also the President and Founder of Women in Commercial Real Estate (WICRE).

 

Trudy Sloan | Executive Assistant

Trudy Sloan has over 12 years of experience in Real Estate and three years in residential lending. She has a Bachelors in Business Management. Trudy’s primary role as Executive Assistant is to help in any area of the PDG Group that may need her assistance.
